  • SHIPPING & HANDLING
Typically, all orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of received payment. If you need your item ASAP, please contact us via email and we'll do our best to put a rush on it.

Within the Continental U.S, all orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation. USPS Priority Mail is available for an additional $3. Please note your request at checkout or message us directly. 

International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International, with no tracking. If you'd like to choose a different shipping method or service, there will be an additional charge to do so.

Your item(s) will be packaged in tissue or bubble wrap, and shipped in the most efficient means possible. In an effort to keep our costs to you at a minimum, we leave out all the fancy packaging. However, if you'd like us to gift wrap for you, please email us, and we'll be happy to accommodate you.

  • RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns must be shipped back to us within 48 hours of your receipt of the item. Please contact us to discuss reason for return, and a hopeful exchange for something else. Refunds are given at our sole discretion, and dependent upon the situation. Unless we've agreed otherwise, you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for your returned item. 

  • NOTE...Please be careful with your new items! 
All of our merchandise is very well-made, with the finest quality materials. Each piece is made to last, however, in the event that a repair is needed on your piece, please email us ASAP and we'll do our best to help.

We suggest rolling any stretch bracelets onto your wrist, as opposed to pulling it on. Please refrain from getting your item wet (ie: showering, swimming, etc). A little water won't hurt from time to time, but please use caution.
